Our commitment
The Canadian Forum on Workplace Innovation is committed to inclusive access. Our research should be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, magnification, keyboard-only navigation, speech input or other assistive technology.
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
How the site is built
Across the site we work to provide:
- Semantic headings and page landmarks, including a skip link to the main content.
- Full keyboard access to navigation, links, form fields and controls.
- Visible focus indicators.
- Alternative text for meaningful images, charts and diagrams.
- Clearly labelled form fields with plain-language error and status messages.
- Readable text contrast and text that can be resized.
- Responsive layouts that work on small screens and at high zoom.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences.
- Key report information — findings, figures, frameworks and data tables — presented as text and native tables rather than images alone.
Known limitations
Downloadable PDFs and third-party content, including externally published research and data sources, may not offer the same level of accessibility as the HTML pages on this site. Where a PDF is difficult to use, the equivalent findings are generally available in the web version of the publication.
